2. Scheduling & Posting: Schedule posts to go live at optimal times for each platform,
maximizing reach and engagement.
3. Story & Reel Creation: Post engaging Stories, Reels, and short videos regularly,
focusing on trending topics, “behind-the-scenes” content, and customer
testimonials.
Engagement & Community Management
1. Respond & Engage: Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across all
platforms, engaging with followers promptly and professionally.
2. Foster Community: Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and sharing
content from aligned brands and partners to build a connected online community.
