As an Inspector Level 4 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products. You will be accountable for conducting inspections, performing tests, and analyzing data to identify any deviations or non-conformities. Your attention to detail and dedication to excellence will contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.
You will report directly to our Quality Manager and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency, reliability, and safety of our products by ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products
• Analyze data and identify any deviations or non-conformities
• Work with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections and test results
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and procedures

YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality inspection or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify deviations or non-conformities
• Knowledge of quality control ethics and practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in using measurement tools and equipment

• Associate's degree or equivalent in a technical field
• Certification in quality inspection or a related field
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong problem-solving and thoughtful skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
