Location: Fully remote with equipment provided - 100% remote in California, Arizona or Texas
Schedule: Must be open to working any shifts between 9am-9pm PST Monday-Sunday (will be scheduled 5 days/week, have a set 40 hour work week, with available overtime)
Job Responsibilities:
+ Reviews loan applications for home improvement projects
+ Gather necessary documents and personal information
+ Maintain a loan pipeline while keep borrowers up to date
+ Resolve customer and vendor inquiries by phone and email
Job Qualifications:
+ Must have 1 year of recent call center experience working in a fast-paced environment
+ Exceptional customer service experience within banking or lending experience
+ Bilingual in Spanish (speak, read, write in Spanish/English)
+ Strong tenure in previous roles (minimum 1+ years in each position)
+ Consumer lending or mortgage experience
