As a Business Development Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our business. You will be accountable for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the industry. You will identify, manage and develop new and existing business opportunities within the United States government as the end user for the Honeywell Security product portfolio with specific emphasis on the Vindicator platform as a solution. This role with be 50% travel can be located anywhere in the United States.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industry
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
+ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
+ Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
+ Conduct market research and thoughtfully identify trends and opportunities
+ Provide market feedback to internal teams to drive product and service improvements
COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is 80k-120k. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is 80k-120k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

YOU MUST HAVE
+ 5 years of government experience
+ 2 years of sales, account management, or business development experience within federal government or Department of Defense (DoD)
+ Ability to obtain security clearance
