**Job Summary**
Iron Mountain is seeking a rising senior for the role of Technical Writer Intern. Interns will document product features and create instructional content to support adoption and learning, focusing on a single product throughout their internship. This role will take direction from the Documentation Manager and will work with Engineering, UX, QA and Product Management.
Job Duties:
+ Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and user guides
+ Create virtual tutorials and videos
+ Upload and maintain documentation on collaboration site
+ Proofread and edit documents submitted by team
+ Provide a quick turnaround and meet all deadlines
**Education Qualifications:**
+ Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an expectation that degree will be obtained between December 2025- July 2026
+ Must be returning to the course of study following completion of the internship
+ Pursuing a degree in Media, Communications, English or related field
**Requirements:**
+ Participation in the internship program requires that you are located in the continental United States for the duration of the program
+ Must be authorized to work in the US without restriction (this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future)
+ This is a 40 hour per week assignment, lasting 12 weeks with the expected start date being May 21, 2025 and ending on August 13th, 2025
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Knowledge of machine learning data preparation techniques, machine learning models and AI technology
+ Self-motivated to complete work assignments and learn new software and tools
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit
+ Receptive to feedback on work
+ Initiative to solve problems independently
