Skills and Requirements
Related Functional Experience: Minimum 3-5 years AutoCAD operations experience (specific knowledge of current version of AutoCAD Architecture preferred)
Comprehensive knowledge of residential construction techniques, construction documents, building codes, procedural knowledge of activities related to home building construction, including understanding plans and specifications.
Effective communication and organization skills
Software Skills Word, Excel, Bluebeam, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Revit
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent Associate degree in Drafting or bachelors degree in architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
Knowledge and work experience in residential construction may reduce or replace this requirement. null
