As a Sr. Reliability Engineer here at Honeywell Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the overall reliability and performance of our products. Assisting a dynamic reliability engineering team, you will develop and implement comprehensive reliability strategies, plans, and processes. Your responsibilities will include analyzing product failure data, implementing corrective actions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve reliability issues. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will conduct reliability testing and provide technical guidance to facilitate the team and stakeholders. You will report directly to our Maintenance Manager and you’ll work out of our Orange, TX location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• Strong knowledge of reliability engineering ethics, tools, and techniques.
• Experience with reliability testing and analysis methods.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
