**Summary**
This position is responsible for the leadership of SRP's asset management program. SRP is committed to implementing a consistent asset management approach across the electric system (Distribution, Generation, Telecom, Transmission) and managing lifecycle activities using a data driven and risk-based approach.
**What You'll Do**
+ Manage the development, implementation, and coordination/oversight of the program across the electric system (Generation, Transmission, Distribution, and Telecom) in partnership with leadership.
+ Lead the development and implementation of program strategies, roadmaps, initiatives, objectives and tasks.
+ Present, communicate and collaborate across a wide network of departments and individuals across the electric system as well as outside partners.
+ Support coordination of program initiatives with competing and complementary objectives in a variety of functional areas across SRP.
+ Coordinate, oversee and tactically run the program governance (For example: Lead and setup up the Grid Resilience Leadership Team meetings or the Asset Management Executive Committee, Guidance Team, and Core Teams)
+ Select, lead and manage outside partners.
+ Interface, coordinate, and educate various levels of subject matter experts, mid-level management, and executive management on program items.
+ Represent SRP in external utility and industry organizations.
+ Guide SRP's participation in local, regional, and national resilience and asset management initiatives.
+ Lead change management efforts related to the program.

**Experience**
8 years of applicable experience.
**Education**
Completion of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution that prepares the employee for the assignment.
**Hybrid Workplace**
SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
