Description

Robert Half is looking for a diligent and detail-oriented individual to help reconcile some large National Account Receivables and payments for our client. This role is available on a contract basis, most of the work will be done in a remote capacity & will require going into the office periodically. Local applicants near Phoenix 85054 are encouraged to apply!

The role will involve customer contact mainly via email and occasionally phone calls to resolve any issues.

Key Responsibilities Include:

+ Efficiently use Excel to process and analyze data.

+ Execute on projects related to the reconciliation of account receivables and payments.

+ Communicate with customers via email and phone to resolve any discrepancies or issues.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

+ Strong proficiency in Excel and analyzing data.

+ Accounts receivable experience is required.

+ Excellent communication and customer service skills.

+ Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

+ Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
