**Position:** Speech Language Pathologist - Outpatient

**Location:** 5605 W Eugie Ave, Suites 212 & 215 Glendale, Arizona 85304

**Incentives:** $5,000 Bonus and Student Debt Benefit

**Schedule:** Full-Time,Monday-Friday

**Compensation:** Salaried, starting at $74,000 and up, commensurate with experience, PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Debt Benefit Program

**Banner Physical Therapy** is seeking a **Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)** to join our outpatient therapy team in Glendale, AZ. This is a large multi-disciplinary clinic with primarily a Neuro and Ortho case load.

**Responsibilities**

+ **Build Relationships:** Provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with centers and patients.

+ **Collaborative Approach:** Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services

+ **High Standard of Care:** Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and treatment programs

+ **Personalized Treatment:** Develop comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize outcomes and provide ongoing evaluation of their status and goals.

**Qualifications**

+ Meet American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year including but not limited to 36 credit hours in prescribed study.

+ State SLP licensure required

+ ASHA certification is required

+ 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required.
