About the Position: This Supervisory position is located at U.S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command, Mission Engineering Directorate at FT Huachuca, AZ. Responsibilities You are responsible for mission workload accomplished through various engineering services contracts. Exercises authority to initiate, plan, direct and execute support activities of the Command related to the assigned mission. Distributes work according to resource needs and availability and initiates contract support as required. Interviews and makes selections for subordinate positions, including supervisory positions. Exercises position management responsibilities to ensure compliance with the principles and requirements of sound position management. Participates fully in the overall management of USAISEC to include formulation of plans and policy, long range programs, and organization changes. Develops, presents and defends policy and program changes which have far reaching impact on the long term mission and goals of the Command. AND Specialized and Other Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Directing multiple IT projects/programs involving complex technical issues related to personnel and financial resources; 2) Developing short and long term IT technical architecture, strategic planning, or budget resource requirements; and 3) Planning work to be accomplished by subordinate team of full time employees that are directly managed within the organization.
