Farnsworth Group is seeking a Desktop Support Technician (onsite) in our Phoenix, AZ, office.

Job Activities:

+ Resolve helpdesk tickets for hardware and software issues

+ Assist staff with day-to-day IT issues

+ Provide employees with IT Orientation

+ Configure and image laptops utilizing System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and InTune

+ Assist with various IT projects as assigned

Specific Requirements include:

+ High School Diploma required, Associates Degree in IT or related field preferred

+ 3-6 years applicable IT experience

+ Ability to work self-sufficiently as part of a company-wide distributed team

+ CompTIA A+ Certification preferred
