**Summary**

SRP (Salt River Project) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Support Coordinator to join our team. In this position, you will play a vital role in supporting and improving our company’s talent acquisition efforts.

Your responsibilities will involve providing essential talent acquisition coordination and administrative support to our recruiting team. Some of those functions include driving all pre-employment candidate testing operations, bid administration, overseeing the various TA support lines both external and internal, Fieldglass support, TA timekeeping, being the right-hand support to the teams Talent Acquisition Partners, white glove candidate care from start to finish, interview scheduling, onboarding, running background checks, etc.

You will play a vital role in the growth and ongoing successes of the team by driving various projects. Your contributions will help us ensure a seamless hiring process and attract and retain high-performing employees who align with our company’s goals.

*** Based at our Tempe headquarters, with a requirement to be on-site at least two days a week ***

**What You'll Do**

+ Own all bid administration tasks including the bid admin support line

+ Drive all pre-employment candidate testing responsibilities and support

+ Answering and directing the dedicated TA phone, email and ServiceNow ticketing requests

+ Become knowledgeable about TA processes, positions and point of contacts to answer the inquiries directly, or properly direct them to the right person(s)

+ Assist in all new hire first day events and onboarding activities (e.g., preparing necessary paperwork, scheduling trainings, coordination with candidates)

+ Dedicated administrative support to TA Partner(s) throughout the candidate interview and new hire onboarding processes, including coordinating interviews and performing background and reference checks

+ Maintaining the TA SharePoint site, ECM, and various folders adding and organizing accordingly

+ Create MS documents as needed such as PowerPoints, Excel, Word

+ Be a regular resource to the many projects in which TA participates and/or drives

+ Various levels of administrative support to all TA team members and leaders

+ Provide various data, metrics, documents upon request

+ Organizing and scheduling team calendars, meetings, events, outings, lunches, activities, etc.

+ Event planning and ordering for team birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, etc.

+ Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential while following team and company policies and procedures

+ Promote SRP’s reputation as “best place to work”

+ Other duties as assigned

**What It Takes To Succeed**

+ At least 5 years' work experience as a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources Coordinator, or similar role

+ Must be strong with numbers and financial tasks

+ Excellent attention to detail, thoroughness

+ Highly skilled in MS products, especially PowerPoint and Excel

+ Computer and AI savvy

+ Excellent organizational skills, time-management abilities, ability to work independently

+ Adhere to confidentiality

+ This is a hybrid position located at our Tempe office at least two days a week

**Experience**

At job entry, placement will be determined by a review of college transcripts and related work experience. A minimum of 6 years of related experience is required for the senior level. Once placed into the job family, an employee may become eligible for promotion by demonstrating the ability to perform advanced and more difficult work as determined by their management and meeting experience requirements.

**Education**

College level coursework (100+) from an accredited institution will be evaluated on an individual basis according to the skill/level to determine if applicable to the position by management.

**Hybrid Workplace**

SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona. We are taking steps to protect the health and well-being of all team members, and by following a number of health and safety protocols, to reduce the risk of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
