As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team. We're currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager with strong leadership and managerial skills, who can motivate and lead our team of warehouse personnel in our Arizona locations. This role includes managing all aspects of our Arizona region warehouse activities. This includes overseeing incoming products, outgoing shipments, overseeing set up of equipment and scheduled deliveries and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and appropriate inventory levels.

You will report to the Director of Operations, and collaberate with other managers and personnel in AZ and in our other branch locations. You will be responsible for developing and managing a team of warehouse staff in our growing AZ division. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Monitor and participate in all aspects of warehouse operations as required
Perform quarterly cycle counts
Manage productivity and expectations of warehouse team
Travel to other AZ branches periodically to oversee and conduct warehouse tasks
Interview and hire warehouse personnel as needed, evaluate performance metrics and maintain appropriate staffing levels
Ensure warehouse teams receive inital and ongoing training required for their respective roles
Resolve customer issues related to warehouse tasks
Collaborate with Sales and Shop teams to ensure workload demand is met and that special project implementations can be carried out.

This position is full time, Monday through Friday. Salary starts at $60,000 a year and may be negotiable, based on experience.

The ideal candidate has excellent written and verbal communications skills; can work independently and within a larger team; possesses a strong sense of urgency and time management skills
Proficient working with Microsoft office programs, data entry and the ability to learn proprietary programs
Comfortable work in a warehouse environment.
Three years of warehouse management experience
Reliable, adaptable & detail oriented
Able to apply concepts to practical situations
Strong problem-solving skills
Prior forklift experience, or able and willing to learn
Ability to lift at least 50lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Prior office equipment industry experience is desired.
Willing to submit to a criminal background check and MVR report.
