As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team. We're currently seeking an experienced Shop Manager with strong leadership and managerial skills, who can motivate and lead our team of Copier Setup Technicians and Delivery Drivers in our Arizona locations.

This role includes managing all aspects of our Arizona region shop and delivery related activities. You will report to the Director of Operations, and work with other managers and personnel in AZ and in our other branch locations. You will be responsible for developing and managing a team of shop and delivery staff in our growing AZ division. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Monitor and participate, as needed, with all aspects of Shop activities
Manage shop productivity and delivery expectations
Travel to other AZ branches periodically to meet with staff in those areas
Interview and hire new shop and delivery personnel as needed
Ensure shop and delivery teams receive ongoing training required for their respective roles
Resolve customer issues related to shop and delivery functions
Collaborate with Sales and IT teams to ensure proper setups and implementations are carried out

This position is full time. Mon to Fri. Salary starts at $60,000 a year but can be higher depending on experience.

The ideal candidate has excellent written and verbal communications skills; can work independently and within a larger team; possesses a strong sense of urgency and time management. Is a good problem solver and is very comfortable working on a computer, as well as in a warehouse environment.

Three years of shop and or delivery management experience
Reliable, adaptable & detail oriented
Able to apply concepts to practical situations
Strong problem-solving skills
Prior experience working with an ERP
Strong understanding of workflow projections and impacts
Ability to lift at least 50lbs regularly and up to 75lbs occasionally
Prior office equipment industry experience would be a bonus
Clean driving record, No DUI or reckless driving infractions in the past 5 years and ability to operate company vehicles
