**Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Technician**

**Job Description**

Under minimal supervision, the Aircraft Maintenance Technician performs inspections, maintenance, and repairs of moderate to advanced complexity on aircraft systems and structures. This role is critical in ensuring the safety and reliability of commercial aircraft, with occasional work on general aviation aircraft. The position is located at Pinal Airpark in Marana, Arizona (KMZJ).

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on aircraft systems and structures.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.

+ Conduct thorough inspections to ensure aircraft safety and compliance with FAA regulations.

+ Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair work.

+ Work on commercial aircraft with some general aviation projects.

**Essential Skills**

+ Aircraft maintenance experience

+ Repair and maintenance skills

+ A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) certification preferred

+ Experience with jet engines, ERJ, CRJ, ERF or CRF aircraft

+ Line maintenance expertise

+ Proficiency in airframe, electrical, and mechanical systems

+ Strong troubleshooting abilities

+ Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

+ Must be able to work outside in inclement weather

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Basic set of tools required

+ Protective shoes (steel or composite toe) required

+ Must pass FAA Drug Test and BG Check

**Work Environment**

This role involves working in an outdoor environment, often in inclement weather. The standard shift is from 7am to 3:30pm, with the possibility of overtime, though it is not guaranteed. Protective footwear is required.
