**Job Description:** As a Aerospace Assembler, you will be responsible for constructing, maintaining, and testing mechanical equipment, machinery, and components. This role involves identifying parts for replacement, ordering new parts as necessary, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Work on aviation fuel valves & pumps.
2. Participate in sub-assembly units, testing, and repair.
3. Follow blueprints for precise assembly and testing.
4. Record and analyze test results.
5. Exercise creativity in problem-solving.
**Requirements:**
+ Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
+ Ability to lift up to 30lbs without significant repetitions.
+ Steel-toed shoes are required.
+ Candidates must be U.S. citizens.
+ Subject to background and drug test including THC
**Schedule:**
+ Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm or 2:30pm – 11:00pm (Overtime is expected)
**Job detail:** The candidate will work as an Assembly & Test Technician under limited supervision to perform both repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly and testing tasks on equipment and components. They will construct, troubleshoot, calibrate and maintain equipment while adhering to safety procedures and reporting results accurately.
**Skill Requirements**
_Must-Have Requirements_ :
+ **Assembly** experience (minimum 1 year)
+ Advanced use of **Hand Tools** , **Torque Wrenches** , **Micrometers** , **Lock Wiring Pliers** , and **Calipers**
+ Proficiency in reading and understanding **Blueprints** & Schematics
