As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our production facility across shifts in Colonial Heights, Virginia. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient production of our products, meeting quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in optimizing production processes, managing resources, and fostering a culture of operational excellence. You will report directly to our operations Manager, and you'll work out of our Colonia Heights, Virginia location. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our operations. You will be responsible for driving productivity, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. Your ability to lead and motivate a team, implement process improvements, and drive operational efficiency will be key to achieving our production goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Supervise and coordinate production activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
+ Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime
+ Develop and implement strategies to meet production targets and customer demands
+ Lead and motivate a team of production operators, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve operational issues

YOU MUST HAVE
+ 3-plus years of experience in manufacturing support or related field
+ Strong knowledge of training and development principles
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
WE VALUE
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field
+ Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
+ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
+ Six Sigma certification
