Support can consist of day to day trouble calls or user requests, supporting

on-going projects related to these types of devices and routine device

maintenance / upkeep. The potential candidate must be reasonably adept in

troubleshooting problems with some or all of these types of devices,

communicating and follow-up with end users of various levels within the

organization, along with providing excellent customer service.

Supporting roughly 300 end users (Global Logistics associates) with

approximately 25 tickets per shift, per person.

Technologies: Windows 7 - Windows 11 environment. Additional, this

resource will be working with:

-Microsoft Office

-Laser Jet Printers

-Supporting Zebra Label Printers

-AS 400 (experience with Client Access preferred)

-RF (Radio Frequency) Devices (this candidate needs experience with Wireless

Network Connectivity)

-Candidate will be troubleshooting the following: Outlook / Microsoft Office /

Word / Excell

-This candidate will need basic Networking skills in order to effectively

communicate with the Network Engineer

-ServiceNow Ticketing System

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00
