We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized part-time Accounting Administrative Assistant to support our accounting department. The primary responsibility of this entry-level role is to assist with the organization and maintenance of our electronic accounting files. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
• Organize, manage, and maintain digital accounting files and records
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of documents in the appropriate digital folders
• Regularly review and update digital files to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Support the accounting team with additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Proven experience in an administrative or accounting support role
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using digital filing systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
Working Hours:
• This is a temporary, part-time position requiring approximately 15 hours per week. 3-4 weeks of assistance to start, then will be reviewed to determine if there is additional need.
• Hours will be flexible, based on your availability. However, work must be conducted during normal business hours, Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM Arizona time.
• In-office. Not remote.
Compensation:
• $16-$20 per hour
