**Remote or CO based** , this role leads the overall customer relationship of assigned Corporate Accounts, including growing/managing sales, and work/lead cross-functionally to exceed customer expectations while delivering profitable growth. Corporate Accounts comprise 50% of ProTeam overall sales and are managed nationally by the National Accounts Manager. This group of customers is large, complex accounts requiring significant administrative efforts and are decentralized presenting many opportunities for growth through increased contact and support.
**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Management of account with annual revenues of $3M to $4M
+ Formalize strategic account planning and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) setting
+ Lead account communication, including but not limited to, business reviews, financial analysis, contract negotiations and reporting
+ Analyze account verticals/segments and collaborate with sales team to identify growth opportunities within accounts
+ Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales to develop and implement marketing content, presentations, and promotions across corporate accounts
+ Manage all parameters and content for accounts assigned by sales team (10+)
+ Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
+ Conduct sales trainings
+ Manage and attend industry events, tradeshows on occasion to promote the ProTeam brand and generate leads.
+ Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
+ Conduct sales meetings; web, phone and in person

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor's degree in business or related field
+ Previous experience in account management, sales, or content management
+ Attention to detail
+ Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook with strong Excel skillset
+ Excellent collaboration and communication skills
+ Organizational and time-management skills
+ Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
+ Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ 5 years’ experience in account management, sales or content management
+ Data management experience
+ Sales experience
**Compensation:**
Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $60-90K + annual bonus, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
