Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is focused on the reconciliation of accounts in Quickbooks that are synched with a Clover point-of-sale system. The workplace is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring a meticulous and organized individual.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry tasks and maintain financial records accurately

• Handle the process of account reconciliation diligently

• Oversee the process of month-end close with precision

• Manage both accounts payable and accounts receivable effectively

• Execute bookkeeping tasks efficiently and accurately

• Carry out bank reconciliations as part of the job function

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain and analyze financial data

• Manage payroll operations ensuring timely and accurate payments

• Use QuickBooks for financial management and reporting Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Expertise in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations

• Strong Bookkeeping skills

• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks accurately

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel

• Experience in Month End Close procedures

• Knowledge of Payroll processes

• Proficiency in QuickBooks software
