Job Summary
Raytheon is seeking an experienced professional with a strong and proven successful background in Supply Chain Management to fill a critical Forebody Material Program Manager (MPM) role supporting the Missile Product Line. The MPM is the single point of contact to management and internal customers, including the Program Office, Quality, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Contracts.
The candidate will oversee all SCM activities needed to meet program requirements and ensure a strong link between various Supply Chain functions, including Procurement, Logistics, and Production Control. The position requires an individual who is persistent in influencing others to execute their responsibilities on time and escalates as required to achieving schedule.
What You Will Do:
+ Support and engage with various Cross Functional Teams to resolve supply chain issues and serve as supply chain SME for other functional areas.
+ Drive processes to successful completion in support of a very aggressive schedule of deliveries
+ Monitor performance metrics and act to address program and functional issues
+ Participate in CORE projects to enhance Supply Chain performance and continuous improvement
+ Use critical thinking skills to propose sound and innovative business solutions to increase operational efficiencies to insure business area and program success
+ Have ability to influence team decisions and outcomes
+ Have the ability to work in and experience with a cross-functional team oriented environment
+ Have the capability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
+ Process information from multiple sources to achieve a successful outcome
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
+ Experience with supply chain, production control, material handling and/or performance management.
+ ERP/MRP experience, SAP highly preferred.
+ The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
+ EVMS certification
+ Excellent reporting/communication skills
+ Experience with Microsoft Office software applications (Word, PowerPoint, and/or Excel including Pivot Tables)
+ Prior work experience with Earned Value Management, primarily EACs, and its processes, and tools
+ Experience leading or participating in cross-functional teams

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
