Join our team as a Project Engineering Technician, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting project management and engineering staff through all project phases—from preliminary design to construction.

As a Project Engineering Technician, you will contribute to engineering projects by assisting with fieldwork, technical analysis, and project coordination while receiving comprehensive training and mentorship.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with engineering tasks on multiple projects, including design, studies, and construction administration.
• Perform field inspections, collect and analyze data, and provide support for civil, mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation design work.
• Assist with reviewing submittals, RFIs, and engineering directives/clarifications.
• Support project managers with monitoring project schedules, tracking milestones, and reporting progress.
• Prepare meeting agendas, schedule meetings, and document meeting minutes accurately.
• Coordinate with sub-consultants, contractors, and utility providers to help advance project goals.
• Support the preparation, organization, and review of technical reports, memos, and other project documents.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including other engineering disciplines, CADD technicians, and administrative staff.
• Communicate clearly with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and team members.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Associate degree (or higher) in a related field from an accredited institution preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required; familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or GIS software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to document project progress effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team-based environment while managing tasks independently with guidance.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for travel to field sites.
