Job Summary:
The System Administrator role in LCC Operations Technology serves as the front-line support of Legal, Contracts and Compliance (LCC) practice areas and other RTX team members using LCC systems and tools. The team member should have the ability to quickly learn and understand systems and tools within LCC, manage inbox/queue of questions, provide superior customer service, and escalate when necessary to provide closed loop resolution. The System Administrator will facilitate access requests and ensure the integrity of access roles for a suite of LCC applications. In addition, the System Administrator will learn to maintain and develop use cases in LCC applications. This would entail to learn “no code” development provided by the software vendor. The System Administrator may support process or policy questions in support of certain LCC teams and may require discretion and privacy for sensitive material or subjects.
What You Will Do:
+ Monitor support queue and ensure closed loop resolution of questions or requests.
+ Develop relationships with Enterprise Services digital technology and business service partners who support LCC applications to prioritize escalated support.
+ Liase with vendor provided support resources as required to submit and track break/fix or enhancement requests for LCC licensed software-as-a-service.
+ Engage LCC subject matter experts when process related questions are raised beyond normal support model.
+ Provide appropriate system access to users, when requested, and ensure proper approvals are in place.
+ Conduct system access audits and work with Internal Controls Excellence and other groups to meet policy requirements.
+ Support other projects led by LCC Operations or practice area leaders, where requested.
+ Update training documentation and conduct user acceptance testing for LCC tools prior to deployments.
+ Send mass communications and other bulletins to inform users of upcoming system changes.
+ Update internal LCC websites and maintain LCC SharePoint sites.
+ Support creation of metrics and reports
+ Take vendor training to learn how to maintain, support and develop new use cases in LCC applications
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
+ Experience working with business partners to help solve problems and escalate where necessary.
+ Experience supporting tools or systems in a business environment.
+ Demonstrated customer service experience.
+ Advanced use of MS Office products, specifically Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Qualifications We Prefer:
+ Experience supporting legal, contracts, global trade, or ethics functions in a large enterprise.
+ Experience with “no code” development.
+ Experience with Sharepoint and Power BI
