# Job Summary:
This role assists in the analysis impacts of system enhancements as they relate to different craft professional populations i.e. Union, Non-union, Craft Professionals in South America, North America, etc. This position supports Workforce Services activities related to Craft Applicant Tracking Systems and Craft Human Resources Information Systems. The role will assist in Saas system configuration, enhancements, supporting end to end testing, user training, and other activities related to craft employment information systems.
_"This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and may require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership”_
# Major Responsibilities:
+ Assists in analyzing, documenting, and verifying system requirements to support IR/WFS functions, including handling union agreements, job classifications, and compliance requirements.
+ May assist in system and/or user acceptance training, development of test scenarios, test scripts, test cases and review of test results.
+ Develops training and participates in facilitating end user training sessions as required.
+ Assist in troubleshooting the root cause of system and operational issues, analyze data, and recommend solutions.
+ Participates in the development and/or maintenance of user documentation and departmental policies and procedures that impact the use of IR/WFS systems.
+ Maintains data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
+ Writes, maintains, and supports a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
+ Assists in Saas system configuration, maintenance, and enhancements to support delivery of HRIS technology to functional process owners.
+ Support the privacy and data protection efforts of craft professional employees’ data across HRIS systems and correspondence.
# Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor Level Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations or a similar field, plus 1-2 years minimum of related work experience, or 4-6 years of demonstrated and related experience in lieu of degree.
# Required Knowledge and Skills:
+ Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, BrassRing, Oracle HCM, metrics tools such as Power BI or similar systems, such as those in industrial or craft environments.
+ Experience creating comprehensive test plans and strategies tailored to IR/WFS-related modules or features within the HRIS system.
+ Ability to perform end-to-end testing of workflows that involve multiple HRIS modules, ensuring seamless integration and data flow across the system.
+ Ability to execute regression tests following system updates or changes to ensure that existing IR functionalities continue to perform as expected without introducing new issues.
+ Basic understanding of system setup, configuration, and maintenance tasks within an HRIS.
+ Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with various teams.
+ Knowledge of labor laws, union agreements, and regulations pertinent to craft workers, including wage determination, working conditions, and dispute resolution processes.
+ Able to utilize testing tools and software to manage test cases, track defects, and generate reports on testing outcomes.
+ Familiarity with tools like Selenium, JIRA, or HRIS-specific testing modules is beneficial.
