A massage therapist is responsible for delivery of exceptional massage and body treatments. This position will undergo a focused training program that is flexible to progress at the pace of each ideal candidate based on their skillset, experience and process.
Part-time and On-call positions are available, with the future potential to advance into a Full-time position.
**Qualifications:**
The ideal massage therapist candidate will have the instinct to exude the following:
+ Excellent communication
+ Guest service skills
+ Confident technical skills and strong educational background, with the ability to adjust techniques according to the intake assessment with the guest, indicators in treatment and contraindications
+ Exceptional team player, share and maintain a positive attitude in a robust spa environment
+ Solutions oriented approach to problem solving, capable of dealing with stressful situations calmly and professionally
+ Time management awareness
+ Organizational skills
+ High standard of tidiness and sanitation awareness
+ Availability to work a schedule that includes, evenings, weekends and holidays is required
Must possess a current and valid Arizona Massage Therapist License to be considered for this position. If you are planning to relocate to Arizona and hold a current and valid license in another state, please make a note of this in your application. Financial reimbursement of license transfer fees will be considered for the ideal candidate.
