Your Role:

Ensure Safety: Perform preventive maintenance on our fleet's air conditioning, brakes, tires, and minor engine repairs.

Trailer and Tractor Maintenance: Keep our van trailers and diesel tractor trailers in top shape by maintaining brakes, tires, lift gates, and more.

Inventory Control: Manage the Parts Room and keep our inventory running smoothly.

Documentation: Complete all required AutoZone and DOT documentation with precision and care.

Your Responsibilities:

Master Preventive Maintenance: Safely execute maintenance tasks, from air conditioning to minor engine repairs.

Expert Trailer and Tractor Care: Conduct essential maintenance and repairs on both trailer and diesel tractor trailer brakes, tires, and lift gates.

Inventory Maestro: Oversee inventory control in the Parts Room.

Document Excellence: Ensure all AutoZone and DOT paperwork is meticulously completed.

What You Bring:

Experience: Three to five years working with diesel engines, particularly Detroit and Cummins.

Preferred Qualifications: A two-year technical degree and/or ASE certification preferred. Class C CDL License a big plus!

Physical Requirements:

Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Standing and Walking: Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the day.

Bending and Squatting: Frequent bending, squatting, and kneeling to perform maintenance tasks.

Manual Dexterity: High level of manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment.

Climbing: Ability to climb onto and off trailers and vehicles safely.
