Calls from mortgage borrowers with inquiries about payments, escrow, and general mortgage service will be answered during the first half of the month.

Similar calls will be answered in the second half of the month, and an auto dialer reminding debtors of their payments will take up around 20% of each day. will inquire as to whether they would prefer to pay over the phone. NOT COLLECTIONS.

Be helpful, kind, and upbeat when interacting with each homeowner.

Interact directly with clients on a range of incoming client requests and questions, including processing payoffs, escrow, website support,

Offer and direct qualified homeowners to the Originations department for refinance opportunities.

Engage in outbound collection efforts for accounts that are less than 30 days past due, though occasionally you might include accounts with a lot of

greater rates of delinquencies

Recognize the various call escalation routes and dynamically direct them to the proper internal parties.

Fulfill performance standards

Make use of our in-house software platform and collaborate with us to suggest systems.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

will use a dialer to handle a combination of incoming and outgoing calls. (The average monthly number of calls is 350.)

will only have 35–40 genuine right party connections per day on average.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00
