At On Angel's Wings Adult Day Program we're open and waiting for you to join our team! Our day program has a family feel with a spacious open floor concept to accommodate our clients and staff. We are looking for Day Program Staff to work with adults with developmental disabilities. In this program you will be responsible for care and supervision including behavior management, habilitation goals, and daily living skills. As a staff you will enjoy the benefits of multiple indoor activities, working in a team environment, great atmosphere, morning and day shifts available. This is a great entry level position for anyone getting into the care giving field. We offer all training required by DDD free of charge.
Shifts available:
Shift: Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 9:30am
Shift: Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 5:30pm
Shift: Monday through Friday from 9:15am to 5:15pm
Shift: Monday through Friday from 2:30pm to 5:30pm
DTA Location is in North Phoenix off 19th Ave and Pinnacle Peak.
Highlighted below are our minimum requirements to get you started with this amazing opportunity:
*Must have high school diploma or G.E.D
*Must be 21+ years old
*Must be able to pass a Criminal Background and Fingerprint Clearance Card. We will assist you with obtaining the card.
*Valid AZ driver's license (driving will be required)
*Must have a clean 39-month motor vehicle record (driving will be required)
*Reliable transportation is vital
Preferred Qualifications:
We offer paid training for Department of Developmental Disabilities required certifications and training is completed on site or online.
*Current Certifications (CPR, First Aid, Prevention and Support, Article 9, and DCW)
*Experience in Group Homes, DTA's, HCBS, or DTT's a plus.
*Experience as a Direct Support Professional
