Who You Are:

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Funeral Home Dispatcher to join our team at Monarch Crematory in Tucson, AZ. In this role, you will help coordinate logistics, ensure timely task completion, and provide exceptional customer service to families during a sensitive time. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compassion.

What You Will Do:

+ Assist peers and other Dispatchers to ensure timely completion of all open tasks.

+ Collaborate with team members to implement new company initiatives and procedures smoothly.

+ Participate in weekly updates with the supervisor to exchange resources and track progress towards goals.

+ Learn and adapt to new office technologies and tools as they are developed and implemented.

+ Organize and manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects efficiently.

+ Maintain high customer service standards while adhering to company brand guidelines.

+ Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

+ Ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

+ Attend staff meetings to stay informed on operational updates and best practices.

+ Ensure that the fleet of vehicles is always operational, clean, and ready for use.

+ Communicate professionally with customers and family members, providing assistance and direction as needed.

+ Respond to inquiries, ensuring customers and family members are connected to the appropriate resources.

What We Require:

+ Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

+ Valid state-issued driver's license in good standing with an acceptable driving record.

+ Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

+ Proficiency with GPS or directions apps and ability to navigate local roads and highways in medium/heavy traffic.

+ Familiarity with routing and scanning tools for task tracking.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
