Direct Care Workers play an important role in the day-to-day operations of the group home. We are searching for dedicated, compassionate, and reliable staff to coach, teach, mentor, and provide direct support to our members.

Job Details:

Shift availability: MONDAY- SUNDAY- HOURS VARY
Day Shift- 8-4, 7-3.
Night Shift- 4-12, 3-11.
Overnight Shift- 12-8, 11-8.

Experience:
Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred).

Ensuring a safe and secure environment for all members and staff.

Requirements:
Must pass a criminal background check.
Must be of legal age.
Must maintain a Level 1 fingerprint card.
Valid AZ Driver’s License.
Experience in group homes or similar direct care settings.
Required certifications (in-house training provided).
ASL certification is necessary for this specific group home.

Shift Availability:
Day Shift: 8 AM - 4 PM, 7 AM - 3 PM
Night Shift: 4 PM - 12 AM, 3 PM - 11 PM
Overnight Shift: 12 AM - 8 AM, 11 PM - 8 AM
