We're adding a Recruiter Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative functions of Driver Safety & Recruiting, while adhering to DOT guidelines required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
This position is ideal for a candidate who has career aspirations. Recruiter Assistants will be intricately involved in the onboarding process, and are vital to growing the company. Top performers will be trained to assume a full-time recruiter role.
**Responsibilities Include:**
+ Assisting with files/records for employees.
+ Assisting with all Clearing House requests and pulls at recruiting or annual phase.
+ Assisting with conducting Criminal Background checks for recruiting candidates.
+ Assisting with requesting Driver qualification and onboarding documents, such as CDL Med Card and SSC, or banking from incoming candidates.
+ Assisting with appropriate onboarding procedures for qualified candidates.
+ Assisting with running initial reports (PSP, MVR, and CDLIS) in the recruiting process for candidates.
+ Assisting with Pre-Employment Drug Test Screens in the recruiting process.
+ Assisting with Verification of Employment (VOE) for candidates in recruiting.
+ Assisting with any day-to-day driver recruiting duties such as applications, calls, records, and communication.
+ Assisting with any additional tasks necessary for the day-to-day operations.
Pay Range: 23.00-26.00 per_hour, General Benefits:
