DARcor is a 27 year old electrical engineering consulting and design firm looking for a full time AutoCAD Drafter and/or Designer. This is a full-time position located in our Phoenix, Arizona office.

Experience with AutoCAD concepts including: Xrefs, viewports, rotation of basefiles within viewports, inserting and linking Excel spreadsheets, title blocks, blocks/symbols, blocks/symbols manager, layer manager, architectural/mechanical/civil/electrical plan layouts, backchecking/quality control, plotting, creating PDFs, CAD etiquette such as centering text, aesthetically pleasing drawing layout/organization, text masking, centering note/leader arrows, and managing symbols/blocks.

This position comes with growth opportunities into electrical designing and electrical engineering.

Projects include potable and non-potable water pumping and treatment facilities, wastewater pumping and treatment facilities, street lighting, open area and sports lighting, solar/PV, mining, commercial and industrial buildings.

An Associate’s degree or AutoCAD certificate from an accredited Community College, University, or an accredited technical school is preferred.
