An Xpedition ECAD Layout Designer job is available with our client in Scottsdale, AZ. In this role you will work with collaborative teams to design, develop and manage CAD software solutions. To be considered for this role, you will have a Bachelor's Degree in a related specialized area or field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Due to the nature of the work performed in this facility, US citizenship is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Possess a thorough understanding of the design and documentation requirements for Printed Circuit Boards.

* Generate printed board designs for digital signal processing.

* Generate printed board designs for hi-frequency radio frequency designs.

* Understands routing principles relating to hi-speed routing and interference design.

* Troubleshoot design data and configuration problems with outside vendors.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's Degree in a related specialized area or field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

* Experience Xpedition VX2.13 or higher.

* Multi-layer experience up to 20 layers.

* Knowledge of PCB design and fabrication details.

* Extensive experience in design, drafting, detailing and packaging of PCB board layout designs that include, but are not limited to symbol, cell and footprint generation, PCB layout, PCB electronic packaging, PCB drawing generation.

* Experience troubleshoot design data and configuration problems with outside vendors.

* Ability to multi-task and handle numerous jobs simultaneously.
