**The Role**

The Lead Marketing Manager (SDR Operations) is a pivotal member of the Strategic Lead Operations team, responsible for managing the end-to-end campaign activation, lead distribution processes, and SDR tool support. This role requires a proactive and dynamic individual with the capacity to navigate intricate decision-making processes, optimize workflows, and leverage automation technology in Salesforce. The ideal candidate will work independently, make strategic decisions, and innovate to enhance the performance of lead generation teams.

**Location**

This is a remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.

**The Main Responsibilities**

+ **Campaign Activation & Operations** : Assist with the lead generation campaign activation and operations process in a deadline-driven, fast-paced, and dynamic team environment. Support the team by analyzing trends and identifying opportunities to provide insights to the lead generation teams.

+ **Lead Distribution Initiatives:** Refine lead distribution strategies, ensuring leads are routed efficiently and effectively. Oversee the delivery of warm Salesforce leads to various sales channels, ensuring timely follow-up while leveraging automation.

+ **Tool Troubleshooting and Vendor Management** : Address SDR tool issues promptly and efficiently, working with tool vendors for support as needed. Ensure quick resolution and continuous improvement of tools.

+ **SDR Tool Support** : Provide ongoing support for SDR tools, ensuring they are functioning optimally and meeting the needs of the team. Work closely with SDRs to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.

+ **Sales and SDR Education** : Conduct lead roadshows and provide comprehensive education to various teams and leadership on lead strategy and processes. Train and coach SDRs on tool best practices and usage.

+ **Workflow Optimization** : Utilize load balancing best practices and automation technology to expedite sales rep responses to new leads. Improve the engagement and efficiency of leads assigned by implementing targeted communication strategies and optimizing workflows.

+ **Email Templates and Sequences** : Develop and optimize email templates and sequences based on data and feedback. Share the most effective ones with SDRs, leadership, and campaign teams.

+ **Salesforce Reporting:** Build and customize Salesforce reports and dashboards to discern trends and make strategic decisions.

**What We Look For in a Candidate**

+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline (preferred).

+ 3+ years of relevant experience with increasing levels of responsibility.

+ Strong problem-solving skills, especially when dealing with incomplete or conflicting information.

+ Capable of analyzing information, asking questions, and gaining insights that lead to strategic answers.

+ Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and project management skills.

+ Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

+ Ability to work collaboratively and solve problems to execute marketing programs that achieve SMART business objectives while maintaining a positive attitude.

+ Able to work independently with a high level of proactiveness and accountability.

+ Ability to come up with new ideas to innovate and improve processes.

+ Understanding of Salesforce for report building and customizing, dashboard building/updating, and leveraging Generative AI using appropriate prompts to solve business problems and challenges.

**Compensation**

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

$82,969 - $110,625 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY

$87,117 - $116,156 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI

$91,266 - $121,688 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
