The Coconino County Clerk of the Superior Court is seeking a Front Counter Clerk.
The ideal candidate: will possess a calm demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to complete varied tasks in short order. The candidate must assist with a wide range of services, be capable of attempting de-escalation with customers who may be upset and /or confused and be able to provide procedural information without providing legal interpretation or advice. Minimum Qualifications: Three years' experience in performing clerical or administrative work within subject area; OR associate's degree and two years' experience in performing clerical or administrative work within subject area; OR Bachelor's degree and one year experience in performing clerical or administrative work within the subject area; OR any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
