Warehouse Associate Lead
**Job Description:**
Arrow Electronics is looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals that work well in fast-paced production and integration environments to join our team as a Warehouse Lead in Phoenix, AZ.
**Shift time:** 11 am - 7:30. Overtime and weekends might be required due to business needs.
**Fully In Office:** Monday-Friday
**Hourly pay:** 21.00 US
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Management of labor distribution and workflow to ensure quality and production goals are met.
+ Run quality and production reports - daily and weekly.
+ Assist employees through training, problem solving and ensuring they have proper tools to do their job.
+ Coordinate and monitor the workload and flow of all warehouse associates to ensure that standards for efficiency, quality, safety and housekeeping are maintained, serves as a backup to all functions in the work area
+ Provides work direction and prioritizes work of the group to ensure Production objectives and schedules are met.
+ Training of employees as it pertains to company work methods, processing procedures, and skill development.
+ Serve as first level escalation for employees and point of problem resolution as appropriate.
+ Escalate issues and problems to management and/or appropriate support groups as necessary.
+ Management of labor distribution and workflow to ensure quality and production goals are met.
+ Run quality and production reports - daily and weekly.
+ Assist employees through training, problem solving and ensuring they have proper tools to do their job.
+ Ensure work is completed in timely manner
+ Monitor status of outbound shipments, and assign based on priority level to employees to ensure timely processing
+ Support supervisor with daily performance entries
**What You'll Need:**
+ +2 years' experience working in a Warehouse environment
+ 1-3 years' experience in a Lead role
+ Picking experience (either with RF Scanner, or Tablets)
+ Lift Truck certification or ability to obtain certification,such stock picker and fork lift and support when need it
+ Professional communication skills
+ Basic computer skills
+ WMS/Oracle is a plus
