JOB DUTIES
Make outbound and take inbound calls from past due GM Financial Customers in a professional manner
Strive to outperform expectations with a positive and fun attitude in a team environment
Proactively support goals and objectives that positively impact GM Financial's strategic alignment to create a customer for life
Ensure actions are in compliance with company policies and laws
Demonstrate strong time management skills by servicing customers efficiently and effectively
Skills
Ability to maintain effective working relationships and interact collaboratively with internal and external customers
Ability to use appropriate analysis, judgment and logic when solving problems and making decisions
Ability to negotiate effectively and apply effective questioning and listening skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate willingness to learn and improve by being coachable
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required
College education highly valued
Working Conditions
Work a flexible schedule including extended business hours and the occasional Saturday
