Description

A.T. Still University (ATSU) is seeking an exempt, part-time Assistant Director of IPE&C at the Kirksville, MO campus or the Mesa, AZ campus.

Requirements

**Major Job Duties**

+ Develop IPE Curriculum: Design and implement IPE curricula that align with organizational goals and national IPE standards.

+ Facilitate IPE Activities: Organize and lead IPE activities, such as simulations, team-based learning, and interdisciplinary patient care conferences.

+ Measure IPE Outcomes: Assess the effectiveness of IPE programs through evaluation methods such as surveys, focus groups, and outcome measures.

+ Foster Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with faculty, staff, and students from various healthcare professions to promote interprofessional collaboration.

+ Stay Current: Keep abreast of emerging trends in IPE and best practices in healthcare education.

**Skills/Experience**

+ Experience in developing and implementing IPE curricula.

+ Experience in conducting IPE evaluations.

+ Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams.

+ Experience in healthcare education or administration.

+ Strong understanding of interprofessional education principles and best practices.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Strong organizational and time management skills.

+ Masters/Doctorate preferred.
