Delaware North Parks and Resorts is looking for full-time and part-time Maintenance Workers to join our team at The Squire at Grand Canyon a Holiday Inn Resort in Tusayan, Arizona. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance duties throughout the property.

$17.00 - $19.00 / hour

**What will you do?**

+ Paint, hang, and repair drywall as needed and install shelves, hooks, and closet rods

+ Change light bulbs, replace fixtures, open clogged drains, and repair leaks

+ Perform lawn maintenance including mowing and removing weeds.

+ This is a driving position; the successful applicant must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

+ Ensure tools and equipment are in working order and keep the maintenance room in neat condition

+ Assist with loading or unloading trucks of maintenance parts and supplies

**More about you**

+ No high school diploma or GED required

+ This is a driving position; the successful applicant must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

+ Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in general maintenance and repair required

+ Previous experience with fire and boiler heat systems preferred

+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

**Physical requirements**

+ Frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, and kneeling

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

+ Standing and walking 100% of the time

+ Must be able to work outside in all types of weather
