Team Overview

Our IT Product Management Team is a dynamic group of problem-solvers and innovators dedicated to building and enhancing ADF’s custom business systems. We develop scalable, user-friendly solutions that streamline operations and support ADF’s mission. Using Agile methodologies, data-driven insights, and industry best practices, we optimize our legal case management system, CRM integrations, and business tools to improve efficiency and impact. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, we ensure every system meets the evolving needs of ADF’s users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

+ Product & Systems Management: Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, focusing on our legal case management system. Manage roadmaps, balancing technical debt, security, and new features.

+ Agile & Scrum Leadership: Act as lead Scrum Master, ensuring effective collaboration across multiple products. Support the Agile Software Development Lifecycle with Senior Development and leadership.

+ Feature Prioritization & Stakeholder Collaboration: Implement industry-standard feature prioritization frameworks such as the RICE scoring model. Provide regular product updates to executive stakeholders.

+ Training & Support: Train team members on Agile methodologies and support business end users. Review software support logs to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities.

+ Integration & Security: Assist in designing integrations between custom and commercial business systems. Work with IT on security, provisioning, and user setup to ensure data integrity.

+ Business Analysis & Problem Solving: Understand business rules and data flow, identify roadblocks, and troubleshoot escalated issues. Document and prioritize business requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in business management, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

+ 5+ years of experience in software development principles, Agile methodology, and related concepts, including SCRUM.

+ 3+ years of experience in business requirements gathering or process mapping and documentation.

+ Strong ability to capture and translate user needs into clear business requirements.

+ Familiarity with computing systems and their impact on business functions.

+ Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualification

+ Certified Scrum Master
