**About this role:**

We are seeking a highly technical and experienced Product Manager to lead the development of the core foundational platform capabilities and patterns for Wells Fargo’s Enterprise AI/ML platform. You will be responsible for defining and driving the roadmap for the platform's underlying APIs, LLM hub, data engine, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring it is scalable, reliable, secure, and performant.

**In this role, you will lead:**

+ **Product Vision and Strategy** - Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the core AI/ML platform capabilities, ensuring alignment with overall business and AI/ML strategy

+ **Platform Foundational Capabilities** Development - Define and drive the development of a comprehensive and well-documented set of platform capabilities and patterns including APIs, centralized LLM Hub, data engine and connectors, cloud infrastructure optimization, platform security & compliance

+ **Product Roadmap and Planning** - Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines key milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Prioritize features and enhancements based on stakeholder input, business impact, and strategic importance

+ **Cross-functional Leadership and Delivery** - Lead cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and designers, to develop and deliver the AI platform. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment to ensure the successful execution of the product vision

+ **Stakeholder Management** - Work effectively with stakeholders across business units, engineering, data science, security, and legal teams to ensure alignment and gather feedback

+ **Performance Monitoring & Iteration:** Track key metrics for platform usage, user satisfaction, and business impact. Use data and feedback to continuously improve the platform's usability and effectiveness

+ **Keep up-to-date with industry standards**

**Required Qualifications:**

+ 7+ years of Artificial Intelligence Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

+ 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years focused on building and scaling AI/ML platforms, cloud infrastructure, or API products

+ 3+ years of experience with Cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

+ 3+ years of experience with AI/ML lifecycle, including data management, model training, deployment, and monitoring

**Desired Qualifications:**

+ A Master's degree or higher in operations research, applied statistics, economics, computer science, electrical engineering or a related discipline

+ 7+ years of product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

+ 3+ years of team leadership or management experience

+ 3 + years of experience creating and implementing strategic plans and roadmaps at the executive level for enterprise-wide business initiatives

+ Experience building platforms in a large enterprise environment.

+ Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

+ Experience with Generative AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models)

+ Experience with LLMOps / MLOps tools and practices

+ Excellent technical skills and the ability to dive deep into technical details

+ Demonstrated ability to define and drive product strategy.

+ Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience

+ Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams

+ Strong negotiation and leadership abilities

**Compensation:**

+ 144,000 - 300,000 (All locations)

**Pay Range**

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
