Our hospice volunteers make a difference for folks at the end of their life journey by being there for our fellow human beings!

You will be trained to meet the needs of patients and their families. You may visit on a schedule, yet also be open to change as needed due to the patient’s health and interests. You will provide support based on their needs, like running errands, listening to their life stories, reading to them, or singing their favorite song.

Depending on your interests, you may work in our office too, helping with administrative work, like data entry, mailing and photocopying, answering phone calls that come into the hospice and assisting our caring staff in coordinating support activities…
