**Responsibilities**
**About this position:**
In keeping with the Dignity Health core values the Palliative Care Nurse Coordinator reports to the Director Palliative Care Services and works closely with Palliative Care Physicians and the Interdisciplinary Palliative Care Teams at St. John's Regional Medical Center and St. John's Pleasant Valley Hospital to coordinate implement and evaluate clinical palliative care services at both hospitals.

**Qualifications**
+ Current California Registered Nurse license
+ Current CPR certification
+ Current California drivers license
+ Five (5) to Seven (7) years of clinical experience required
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care (CHPN)
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred.
+ 1 to 3 years of Hospice or Palliative Care experience preferred.
**Pay Range**
$53.41 - $76.02 /hour
