About the Role
As an **FAA Machinist** , you will be responsible for manufacturing high-precision metal parts for aerospace applications. This position is integral to the production of both sub-units and complete units, ensuring that all components meet strict tolerances and specifications. Key Responsibilities
+ **Assemble and repair metal parts** using mechanical equipment, ensuring that each part meets FAA standards and quality expectations.
+ **Fabricate components** according to blueprints and design sketches, adhering to precise measurements and tolerances.
+ **Assemble sub-units** or complete units to ensure the successful assembly of aerospace products.
+ Collaborate with your team to **identify and resolve issues** related to the machining process, maintaining efficiency and quality at every step.
+ Follow **pre-established guidelines and instructions** to complete daily tasks while meeting deadlines and quality control standards.
+ **Safely operate industrial equipment** like powered industrial trucks as needed, adhering to all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.

Required Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ **0-2 years of machining experience** , with a strong understanding of basic machining processes and equipment.
+ Knowledge of **blueprints, design sketches** , and how to translate them into precise measurements and parts.
+ Ability to work **under supervision** and follow established guidelines and procedures.
+ Willingness to work in a **moderately risky environment** , handling equipment and machinery with care.
Preferred Qualifications
+ **Previous experience** in a machining role, particularly in the aerospace industry or with FAA regulations.
+ Experience operating **Powered Industrial Trucks** or other heavy machinery.
+ Certification in machining or relevant field (a plus).

**Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
