Then we are looking for you in the role of Sales IT System Architect.
The System Architect is the glue between Business and IT in the Sales Area. You will be responsible for understanding the needs of the business on a strategic and operational level and translating those into sound solutions. Tasks will include business requirement gathering, architecting, designing and -in some instances- implementing solutions. You will be working in an Agile and DevOps way, together in a supporting environment, with continuous focus on development and coaching.
Your responsibilities
Work together with the business to understand and analyze their requirements, and propose (IT) solution directions, in line with the NXP enterprise architecture
Team up with internal and external resources to implement solutions and provide architectural oversight
Collaborate with other architects within the company to deliver end-to-end solutions that are transformational leveraging AI/ML
Help define the architectural roadmap and strategy for the team to create future-proof solutions
Create and maintain architectural documents for applications within the team’s portfolio
Build PoCs when needed and apply code when required

Within Sales and Marketing IT we focus on internal and external applications to support the Customer journey. We collaborate with our business teams daily on strategic improvements and with vendor partners to deliver easy-to-use applications leveraging SaaS, cloud services and custom development where needed.
To be successful in this role you have
BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent years of relevant experience
5+ years’ experience in Information Technology (Consultancy, Project or Development) in the Sales and Marketing domain
Deep core competence in applying IT strategically to fundamentally change an enterprise and enable a company to achieve its strategic, tactical and operational goals
Knowledge and experience in the following areas:
Required: Salesforce, AI/ML
Preferred: Model N, Eloqua, Gen AI
Functional areas like: Customer Relation Management, Revenue management, Channel management, Product Support, Customer Support, Sales Incentive Planning, (Customer) Master Data management
Experience using Agile methodologies and familiar with tools for Agile project management and software development
You have an advantage if you also bring:
Knowledge of, or experience with development languages, tools, technologies and frameworks used to deliver state of the art, secure solutions for Sales and Marketing
Experience with Continuous Integration tools and processes
Knowledge of how to leverage Business Intelligence/Analytics
Furthermore, you are able to collaborate and partner with business and IT in defining, preparing and executing projects and change programs
able to get your point across to your juniors, peers and management in IT as well as business
an excellent communicator with good presentation skills and the ability to work with a geographically dispersed, multi-cultural team
