This position is a blend of clinical EMT responsibilities and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be highly professional, detail-oriented, and possess strong reasoning skills. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively support both patient care and administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
+ Provide EMT support as needed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
+ Assist with checking in patients and verifying necessary documentation.
+ Answer phones, respond to emails, and communicate effectively with internal teams.
+ Serve as a key administrative contact for patient inquiries and scheduling.
+ Maintain accurate and organized patient records.
+ Work collaboratively with the medical team to ensure efficient workflow.
+ Uphold a professional and compassionate demeanor when interacting with patients.
Qualifications:
+ Must have graduated from an accredited Emergency Medical Technician training program and hold a valid certification.
+ Current BLS certification required.
+ Experience in both clinical and administrative roles preferred.
+ Strong customer service skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency with computer systems and electronic medical records.
+ Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
+ Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong leadership abilities.
