**Role Summary/Purpose:**
Come join the Consumer Engagement team within Consumer Engagement and Brand organization as the VP, Consumer Engagement, Digital Acquisitions Marketing Leader, leading digital partner acquisitions utility to drive rapid digital account growth through partner and SYF channels. Looking for a digital acquisitions superstar to oversee the marketing strategies for acquiring new accounts. You have a strong marketing acumen, built from experience creating and executing high-impact digital acquisition campaigns, being well versed in best-in-class strategies and tactics and having a keen eye on the competitive landscape. You think strategically to identify opportunities to drive account growth while rallying others to get behind you. You motivate, coach and lead a diverse team of digital acquisition marketers. You will partner closely with client marketing leaders, cross-functional teams and key senior level stakeholders. You have a good understanding of Cobrand and/or general-purpose card marketing.

**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Digital Acquisition lead for specific cobrand portfolios
+ Develop digital acquisition marketing strategy and influence partner adoption specific to partner channels, with purview over channels (partner purchase/booking path, domain, native app, CRM, partner or Synchrony-led demand gen), message, engagement strategies (Prequal, Quickscreen, ITA, Restricted ITA) and measurement (site code, ACOR ID, digital analytics)
+ Lead channel build for new partners
+ Advance continued innovation, test-and-learn plans, segmentation and personalization strategies most effective in driving applications and new accounts
+ Partner with Technology and Platform leaders (dApply, Omni Apply, Quickscreen, PreQual) for greater synergy and flawless deployment
+ SME for business development in cobrand space, providing expertise and plans for RFP responses, management presentations, onboarding consultation
+ Stand up Digital Acquisition marketing COE, centralizing marketing strategy and influence enterprise-wide adoption, with purview over retargeting campaigns (Prequal, Quickscreen, ITA)
+ Scale digital learnings for commercialization across other portfolios and platforms or future business development effort
+ Templatized digital Acquisition creative asset development and execution for Enterprise-wide efforts
+ Partner with Product, Technology, ACE & Platform leaders for greater synergy and flawless deployment of digital acquisitions campaigns
+ Manage a team of three direct reports
+ Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
**Qualifications/Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's Degree or, in lieu of a degree, a high school equivalent plus 14+ years of marketing experience within the cobrand card or general-purpose credit card industry.
+ **_10+ years of relevant digital marketing acquisition experience that includes_** :
+ Experience in digital platform management and/or marketing with a combination of web, email, display media, mobile, social and paid search experience
+ Marketing leadership skills (analytic and creative) with significant exposure to consumer facing programs/products.
+ **_Experience in cobrand card space/general purpose card space_**
+ People management experience

**Grade/Level: 14**
The salary range for this position is **150,000.00 - 250,000.00** USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
**Eligibility Requirements:**
+ You must be 18 years or older
+ You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
+ You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
+ You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
+ New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
