The City of Chandler Community Services Department is currently seeking qualified individuals interested in joining our team as Parks Maintenance Worker. The position is scheduled to work 5 days a week, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Schedules vary and may include weekends. This recruitment will be used to fill regular full-time, part-time, and temporary positions.

Who we are looking for
Our new team members will have a passion for customer service, teamwork, and collaboration. We are looking for someone to perform routine preventative, groundskeeping, repair, or maintenance activities on a variety of City equipment, park grounds, buildings, or structures.

Minimum Qualifications
• Completion of eighth grade, no experience required; and
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; or
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work.
Desired Qualifications
• Landscaping and grounds maintenance experience.
This is a regular full-time position subject to a 6-month probationary period. Should another position become available, a register of qualified candidates will be active for 4 months.
